The 375 m2 villa located in Sunflower Complex in Silivri,has been designed and executed by Aykuthall.In entrance floor, you can find the living spaces,kitchen,laundry,garage,guest roooms&bathroom,guest toilet.All the bedrooms has been designed at upstairs floor,where you can find a master bedroom,consisting a big dressing room and a bathroom..The two other bedrooms upstairs has been all executed with their own bathrooms.

Ottoman style arts are combined with classical furniture in the living room.All this style has been decided during construction and gypsom mouldings were added according to wall plans.Although the parquette and the furniture were chosen in dark colors,designer Leyla Simpson achieved her light fresh effect in decoration-like her other residental projects-with the delicate combinations of ligth wall colors,silk fabrics.The veranda has been added to the existing house,and now a casual living area openning to the pool.The pool tiles were chosen in teak design and even the louvers were custom produced same color as the teak.

Every bathroom has been designed with bright colors achieving a continuity between rooms.The young doughters room was decorated with turquase color wallpaper and her bathroom furniture was red in colors matching the tiles.In the masterbathroom balck and white colors were combined with classical design furniture of Leyla Simpson.
