The House Residence Helis Bodrum is a 72000m2 project consists of 194 modern villas.These villas have 2 big terrace,3 rooms,3 bathrooms,one lockers and an open kitchen living zone.The interior design of the showcase house has been designed by Leyla Dogrular.She aimed to use the sunlight in her own balanced way of interior design.All the lights and furniture has been custom produced.Blue and white colors of Bodrum has been frequently used.The white wood mouldings of the staircase makes a curiosity feeling between each flat.The modern Aegean feeling has been the main style of the house.
She designed other types of the houses’ architecture in the complex too, and also general areas like the Pool,restaurant,gym,reception areas of the complex The House Residence,Helis.
